It would be natural to assume that good management and proper planning are the most common reasons for business or personal success. While that may seem to be the case, the reality is that leaders of organizations frequently get tied up working "in" their business or personal life rather than working "on" their business or personal life. They never really take the time to plan their future. Ultimate success will go to those who know how to harness the momentum that occurs when people are inspired to do their individual best in their quest for organizational and personal excellence. Sample Speech Topics: Courage through Leadership - 1 hour - In the fiercely competitive environment in which we are living, decisions must be made quickly and with great confidence. The foundation of how these decisions are made rests upon a sound plan and strong leadership. Where do these come from and how they are nurtured? Success or Significance - 1 hour - As good is the enemy of great, so too, is success the enemy of significance. How one identifies strengths and opportunities and then acts upon them drives outcomes. Often individuals have the trappings of success, but are not happy. How can you accomplish significance? If this is true, then why is people development one of the first cuts to take place in tight budgets, and how do you prevent this from happening? Success Is A Choice - 1 hour - Success in both our personal and professional lives is driven by a plan. Planning and its execution is a personal choice. The adage of "If we fail to plan, we plan to fail," is alive and well in many organizations and personal lives, but there is more to it than just having a good plan. Tammy's Background:

Change may be incremental, but transformation is complete. The process to transform into something new must consist of goals, action steps, attitudes, and processes that when brought into alignment make it all possible. Sample Speech Topics: Transformation - 1 hour - Examine the impact of failing to embrace change and the critical issues to make it work. Relationship Selling - 1 hour - Transformation can also happen in a selling approach. This presentation takes a critical look at transforming from relationship to transactional selling. Both are important, but knowing when and how to engage each creates a more effective outcome. Attitude/Altitude - 1 hour - Attitude is the critical ingredient to our personal and professional success. Our level of success is a result of our attitude whether it's positive or negative.
